Helpful before you book

SetupCrew questions, answered.

Clear expectations about quoting, preparation, permissions, service boundaries and customer-supplied products.

What should I send for a quote?

Send product links or model numbers, quantities, clear photos of the boxes and work area, your city, property type, preferred timing and any parking, elevator or loading details.

Can I combine several jobs in one visit?

Yes. Choose every relevant service and use Add More Tasks to This Visit for shelves, smart devices, cameras or other small tasks. SetupCrew will review the combined scope.

Do you supply furniture or devices?

The standard service is for customer-supplied products. If a small mounting consumable may be needed, include that in your request so it can be confirmed in advance.

Do you perform electrical or structural work?

No regulated electrical, gas, plumbing or structural work is advertised. Send photos when the scope is uncertain; SetupCrew will confirm whether it falls within the available service boundaries.

Can you work in condos or rentals?

Yes, subject to building rules and owner or landlord permission. Customers are responsible for arranging elevator bookings, access and required approvals.

Will you need my smart-device password?

No passwords are retained. Customers should enter passwords themselves whenever possible and remain responsible for manufacturer accounts and subscriptions.
