A form submission is a request for review, not a confirmed appointment or final contract. Pricing, scope, timing and product compatibility must be confirmed separately.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate project details, lawful authority to request work, product availability, safe access, building permissions, manufacturer accounts and subscriptions.
Service boundaries
SetupCrew does not advertise regulated electrical, gas, plumbing, structural, locksmith or alarm-monitoring work without separately confirmed authority and capability. A request may be declined when it falls outside available equipment, competency, safety or legal requirements.
Devices and privacy
Customers should enter account passwords themselves. SetupCrew should not retain passwords. Camera placement and use remain the customer’s responsibility and must respect applicable rules, neighbouring property and common areas.
